Supported platforms & regions
Last updated July 2026 · ~2 min read
MeetCrew supports Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, and Google Meet. Its availability is scoped by region, and a teammate will refuse to join a meeting that falls outside that scope.
Platforms
Four meeting platforms are supported: Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, and Google Meet. A teammate joins any of them as a named, disclosed participant.
Regions
v1 availability covers the United States, excluding Illinois, and Canada. Tenants anchor to one of three regions — US East, US West, or Canada Central — chosen at onboarding. The European Union, the United Kingdom, and Illinois are geo-fenced out of v1. An organization whose Entra tenant sits in an out-of-scope region cannot onboard and sees a clear “not yet available in your region” message before any resources are created.
How geo-fencing behaves
Geo-fencing is enforced at three points: your tenant’s region at onboarding, each deployment’s region at configuration, and the meeting organizer’s region at join time. The join-time check is the subtle one. If your teammate is invited to a meeting whose organizer’s tenant is in an out-of-scope region, it refuses to join and notifies your administrator.
Refusal is fail-closed. If the organizer’s region cannot be confirmed, the teammate declines the meeting rather than risk operating outside its supported scope.
