A named teammate in front of the agent you already run.

MeetCrew is the meeting-presence layer for chat agents. It gives your Copilot Studio or Foundry agent a name, a face, a voice, and a seat in your meetings — then hands everything it remembers back to that agent over an MCP server or API, so the agent can act on it.

And the loop closes. MeetCrew exposes everything it remembers — decisions, open questions, action items, who and when — back to your agent over an MCP server (or REST API). The agent you already run doesn’t just answer in the room; it reads the meeting’s memory and acts on it in your systems.

You keep the agent you built. MeetCrew is the layer that lets it show up, remember, and feed that memory back — named, disclosed, and governed by Entra.

Step one

Stand up a teammate

Name it, choose a character and voice — one of the twelve originals or a custom face made for your team — and write what it should focus on. One teammate per role — renewals, implementations, weekly account reviews. Spin up as many as you need; each has its own identity and memory.

Step two

Connect the agent you already run

Bind your Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry Agent Service, or a custom backend in a few steps. MeetCrew fronts it — it doesn’t replace it, and there is nothing to rebuild.

Step three

In the meeting

It joins Teams, Zoom, Webex, and Google Meet as a disclosed participant, appears by name, and speaks when you address it — with the AI banner on for the whole call and its speech watermarked.

Step four

Memory that compounds

Every account, decision, open question, and commitment is remembered across meetings — with provenance, and scoped by your admins. The longer it is deployed, the more it knows.

Where it fits

A different job from the tools around it.

Not just a notetaker
A participant

You still get the transcript, the summary, and the action items. MeetCrew also takes part in the meeting, answers in the moment, and remembers across meetings — then hands that memory back to your agent over MCP to act on.

Not an agent platform
A presence layer

You build agents on Copilot Studio or Microsoft Foundry. MeetCrew gives the one you built a seat in the room.

Not a Copilot competitor
A Copilot complement

It fronts your Copilot investment in meetings — it makes that investment show up, it does not replace it.
